Document check and quote
We reply within one working day. After checking readability, versions and items, we confirm price, tax and delivery date. One bidder per tender lot.
Confirm and prepay
Sign a one-page service confirmation and pay 50%. Delivery time starts when all documents are received.
Verification
AI assists with clause breakdown and retrieval; every citation, model, condition and unit is checked by hand. Missing evidence is flagged, never invented.
Delivery and acceptance
Response matrix, gap list, manufacturer questions and editable Word draft. One consolidated revision; our own citation or factual errors are always corrected. Balance due on acceptance.
