Extract the requirements before drafting
A long tender needs a checklist covering requirement type, original location, requested response, evidence, owner and status. Keep eligibility conditions, disqualifying conditions, scoring criteria and general guidance distinct. A short summary alone is not a response checklist.
Track amendments and company evidence together
Record publication dates and which documents replace earlier instructions. A responsible reviewer should resolve ambiguous changes. Company credentials, staff evidence and project references also need validity dates and applicability checks; a filename is not proof of compliance.
Combine extraction with explicit checks
AI can assist with document extraction. Date comparisons, totals and missing-item checks should use explicit rules. Keep source locations and mark uncertain findings for review. Do not invent staff experience or projects. The bid team approves technical commitments, commercial terms and prices.
Test with a previously reviewed tender
Compare manual and assisted work using the same scope. Record extraction coverage, false findings, amendment conflicts and review time. A fast demonstration is not a measured saving across an entire bid process.
