Model and configuration
Check the model, specification and software version on the report against the offered product. If they differ, ask the manufacturer for a written explanation.
Test conditions
A value measured at other concentrations, temperatures or flows is only a reference. Note the difference in the response table.
Units and expression
Keep original and converted values in separate columns and state the conversion conditions; assumptions go to the technical lead.
Standard versions
Check whether the cited standard has been replaced and whether the method is still accepted; list open questions for clarification.
Report validity and completeness
Check accreditation marks, report numbers, signature pages and page count. Record every gap with an owner and a due date.
