Camera capacity, compute, detection classes and AR hardware are selected for the project. Spatial overlays require suitable mapping and positioning data.

CAPABILITIES

Product capabilities

A camera archive helps after an event. Field teams also need timely alerts, the relevant video clip and access to equipment records while they investigate.

01

Edge AI video analysis box

Connect RTSP camera streams for local decoding, inference, event capture and clip retention. Configure detection regions and alert rules by camera.

02

Environmental vision models

Deploy and adapt models for visible plumes, dust, water appearance, packaging damage and personnel behaviour. Review alerts and use marked false alarms to improve samples.

03

AR inspection and remote collaboration

Read equipment records, scan labels and record inspection tasks with AR glasses. Share first-person video and expert annotations; overlay pipe information using available GIS / BIM data.

04

Alert management and integration

Send camera locations, timestamps, images and clips to an alert centre or work-order system. Track review and response. Device-control strategies are configured and validated separately.

INPUT

What you provide

  • Representative video, camera positions and network conditions
  • Defined target events and positive and negative samples
  • Equipment records, response procedures and available GIS / BIM data

OUTPUT

What you receive

  • Site compatibility and sample test records
  • Edge nodes, scenario models and interfaces
  • Event clips and alert workflows
  • Inspection software, training and operating guides

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

Read the related guide
Do all our cameras need to be replaced?

Not necessarily. Viewpoint, resolution, night conditions and protocol compatibility determine whether a camera can be reused or needs adjustment.

How do you measure model performance?

We record event-level false alarms, missed events, alert latency and continuous operation using defined events and independent test samples.

Can AR inspection work without GIS or BIM?

Yes. Equipment records, QR codes, tasks and remote collaboration can be used first. Spatial overlays require suitable mapping and positioning data.

Usage conditions and professional review

Ordinary video does not measure pollutant concentrations or establish a regulatory exceedance. Explosion protection, metrology and control requirements depend on the actual hardware certificates and site conditions.
